Hi, I’m Jennifer Close – mom; high school counselor & life coach. I have been known as Coach Jenn since 2006 when I became head cheerleading coach at my former high school. The experience of building relationships with my team naturally evolved to wanting a career in counseling. Now, with nearly a decade of high school counseling experience, I understand the school setting, social dynamic, and have a unique ability to truly connect with others.
I have a Masters in School Counseling and am life coach certified through the Integrated Wellness Academy.
Since becoming a mom, I’ve gained firsthand insight into the challenges that mothers face in balancing family responsibilities and personal goals. This experience has ignited my passion for supporting other moms. I understand the confusion and uncertainty—I wanted to be the best wife, mom, and professional but didn’t always know where to start or how to proceed. I’d set goals but often struggled to follow through. That’s when I started treating myself like a client. To truly support those we love, we need to invest in ourselves.
